This Grip and Electric (G&E) workshop focuses on training participants in the essential skills of the lighting and rigging departments in film and television production. The grip team is responsible for setting up and maintaining all non-electrical equipment, such as stands, frames, and rigs used to shape light or support cameras. The electric team handles the lighting equipment, power distribution, and ensures that the set is well-lit according to the director of photography’s vision.
